“How am I? I am definitely still feeling the openness and the sense that I am “one body” from head to toe—and THAT is a wonderful feeling and a precious gift. It is amazing, being at peace with my body and feeling connected.

The best way I can describe it is as if I was “alive” from my feet to about mid thigh. Since Sunday, I feel like I am fully seated in my body for the first time in a long time, likely since I was a child. I’m energized. I feel a strong sense of “reclaimed” self and strength, but also a softness in my heart. When I look around, I’m conscious of “looking” with more than my eyes (eyes + heart). What comes up for me as I write this is “Thank you. I have my body back. I have my heart back.”
