The Purpose Discovery process is supported by a holistic Mind/Body/Spirit approach. Along with Soul Discovery, structural and energetic body alignment is offered as a foundation to support greater awareness and balance. Cranial sacral therapy, energy medicine healing work and spirit attunements are combined to accentuate soul work.
